Idk man when I was in occupational therapy it was told to me as very intense sadness, which can be experienced in times such as after death of a pet, or an extremely disappointing failure.

ok my main anger here is at people who say “omg you’re making me so depressed” when they mean “you’re making me a bit sad in a joking way”
