and realising that he’s assumed she’s had a fair share because she’s so beautiful and wonderful and why wouldn’t she have a million offers from men more impressive than him 

so she always says things like ‘you’re the smartest boy i’ve ever dated’ or ‘the most handsome man i’ve ever kissed’ and he gets all blushy and pleased and she’s like
